AdPepper
Offers a range of different advertising formats:
Standard Banner, HTML-Banner, Flash-Banner, Layer Ads, Pop Ups, Pop Under, Skyscraper, Textlinks, Email Marketing, Streaming Media, Interstitials, Search Engines.
Noteworthy is that it isn't merely an "add your online details" type of affair. They require you to sign a contract and send it to them. I have recently stopped negotiations with them because of the time frame to have my site approved, contact sent, signed and faxed back and then a long delay in getting the code. Six weeks wasted from the Australian office. Hopefully other adpepper agencies around the world will have a better system in place.
